1. Check the capacity of lubricating oil in the oil and gas separator and determine that the oil level in the oil level meter is the best between the upper limit and the lower limit.

2. Electrical wiring, grounding wire has been completed, and in line with safety standards.

3. Dredge the air supply pipeline, and check whether all plugs and connectors are tightened.

4. Check whether the motor power supply, voltage and instrument panel are correct to ensure that the compressor starts without load.

5. Add about 0.5 liter of lubricating oil from the air inlet, and turn a few times by hand or point a few times to prevent oil loss and burning in the compressor when starting, pay special attention not to let foreign matter fall into the body, so as not to damage the compressor.

6. Operate the valve according to the operation requirements of the process pipeline, and the compressor exhaust valve should be in the open position.

7. When ready to start, check that the operator is in a safe position.
